The prosecution in the Monicah Nyawira Kimani murder case proved its case against former TV news anchor, Ms Jackie Maribe in Criminal Case No.51 of 2018; Republic Vs Joseph Kuria Irungu alias Jowie, and Jacqueline Wanjiru Maribe. However, it is baffling why the court acquitted her.
