The Parliament of Somalia has approved the introduction of a universal direct voting right and the transition to the presidential form of government, AFP news agency said on March 30. “Lawmakers of both chambers unanimously approve the amended articles of the Constitution,” House of the People Speaker Adan Mohamed Nuur Madobe said.
