Freshworks in Africa expansion plans
Freshworks, a leading provider of cloud-based business software, plans to substantially increase its commitment with specific investments in marketing, sales and partner resources to better serve its customers in the region.
IDC (international Data Corporation) predicts the overall African IT spending to reach $33.4 billion in 2018, with Kenya being one of the top contributors. Takaful insurance awards customers
Takaful Insurance of Africa (TIA) recently celebrated its customers through an initiative dubbed âCustomer Appreciation Awards weekâ that saw the insurerâs most loyal customers and best supporters since 2011, including Transnep insurance brokers, First Community Bank and Towfiq Kenya feted. The Takaful concept is based on the principles of togetherness, co-operation and mutual solidarity for all.
